September 1, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #11 Title APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF SARASOTA FOR THE 21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER PROGRAM IN SOUTH COUNTY Description This agreement details the relationship and responsibilities shared by the School Board of Sarasota County and the Boys and Girls Club to provide enrichment, tutorial, and extra-curricular activities as outlined in the 21st CCLC grant for 09-10 SY. Recommendation That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the agreement with Boys and Girls Club for 21st CCLC, 2009-2010, as presented.
